All payments made on our platform are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment details such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN.
Transactions are encrypted and protected to ensure complete safety. If any issue occurs during payment, customers are advised to contact our support team immediately.

Debit Cards (All major banks – Visa, Mastercard, RuPay).
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).
Net Banking (Supported banks as listed in the gateway).
Wallet Payments (Paytm Wallet, PhonePe Wallet, etc.).
Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email and invoice on your registered email address.
In case of delayed confirmation due to network or bank issues, the order will be updated automatically once we receive the payment verification.
If payment is debited but order is not created, please contact our support team with proof of payment.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. COD and Online payment both accepted.
All payments are handled by third-party secure payment processors. Estarica India is not responsible for transaction delays or failures caused by banks, UPI apps, or payment gateways.
If the payment is deducted but the order is cancelled or unsuccessful, the refund will be processed automatically.
Refunds usually take 3–7 business days depending on bank/UPI provider.
In rare cases, it may take up to 10 business days due to banking delays.
