At Estarica India, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Policy

Same-Day Return Policy: Customers can raise a return request on the same day of delivery only.
Return request must be supported with an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed after product verification.
Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–7 working days.
In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is applicable only for damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect products.
An unboxing video is mandatory for claim approval.
Replacement approval depends on the verification of submitted proof.
